Our chiffon dresses represent simplicity, albeit with a modern touch. The fabrics have been hand-picked by us, giving them a personal touch. At Grmawit, we want all our customers to feel valued, so we have worked tirelessly to accommodate quality, satisfaction and continuity in our products.

While every chiffon dress has a story to tell, it’s all up to you to rewrite and recreate its new identity. After all, we did! It is said that “certain indigenous groups in Ethiopia and Eritrea have been making chiffon-like garments from silk for hundreds of years” (Sewport 2021). While putting our culture at the center of everything we do, we strive to connect the disconnected, introduce the interested and encourage those far from home, no matter where home is.

For this collection we have tried to produce a stretchy “free size chiffon dress” that will hopefully fit the average habesha woman, ranging from XS to L.
